SsomSsom exchange and refund policy

If you change your mind about a product you have purchased from us, we do not offer a refund but are happy to provide a credit note for the purchase amount. The return shipping cost will be your responsibility. This includes cases where incorrect sizes have been purchased.

We have a 7-day process return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to start a return request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If an item is faulty then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and shipping charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. Warranty cases are determined on a case by case basis. Please note this excludes fair wear and tear.

Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
Items(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original packaging/tags attached.
Sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.


How do I return an item?

To start a return, you can contact us at ssomssom2020@gmail.com. In the email please include your order number, information about the item. we will respond to your email within 5 business days with instruction on what to do. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, white color wear, knit wear, swimwear items, underwear, tights, socks and any accessories. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. please contact us through ssomssom2020@gmail.com for and queries. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
