Shipping policy

SsomSsom shipping cost is a flat rate of $9.95 within Australia. 

We ship all orders from Melbourne. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of purchase. shipping will be through an Australian carrier with tracking code. 

Once purchase is fulfilled a confirmation email will be sent out. you can track the full progress of the delivery via the email including tracking number.

We deliver by an Australian Carrier or auspost, which will deliver to all cities. 

Ssomssom cannot accept any responsibility for any items damaged or stolen once left by the courier driver.

Ssomssom takes no responsibility where an item has been returned to the depot due to access restrictions or no one is at home.

Notes for pre-order:
we are unable to cancel any Pre-orders purchases during delivery time as the purchase order has been sent through to our Korean shop on this date.

If an order is placed that includes both local stock and pre-order stock, we will wait for pre order stock to arrive to ship them all together. if you wish to receive a stocked item first, please place two separate orders.  

Delivery ETA also depends on shipping and custom clearance
